On Friday, November 20, 2020, His Holiness, Archbishop of Pec, Metropolitan of Belgrade and Karlovci and Serbian Patriarch Irinej reposed in the Lord. 

Patriarch Irinej worked tirelessly for the unity of the Serbian peple and our Church is indebted to him, especially in the diaspora. He had great understanding for our differences, which is why he often visited our Diocese. 

Following Divine Liturgy on Sunday, November 22, 2020, we ask our clergy to serve a memorial service (pomen) for the repose of the soul of Patriarch Irinej of blessed memory, and ask that you continually remember him in prayer.
