Schedule of Events

Divine Liturgy
Time: 9:30 AM
The day will begin with the Divine Liturgy at 9:30 AM. The Divine Liturgy is an opportunity for the faithful to come together in worship, prayer, and reflection, celebrating the life and legacy of St. Mardarije.

Lunch
Time: Following the Divine Liturgy
After the Divine Liturgy, attendees are invited to enjoy a delicious lunch. This meal provides a chance to relax, socialize, and enjoy the company of fellow parishioners and visitors. The monastery grounds offer a peaceful setting for a communal meal, fostering a sense of unity and fellowship among all who gather.

Program
Time: Post-Lunch
Following lunch, a special program will take place, highlighting the life and contributions of St. Mardarije. The program will include presentations, speeches, and possibly performances that shed light on St. Mardarije’s enduring impact on our faith and community.

About St. Mardarije

St. Mardarije, also known as Mardarije Uskoković, was the first Serbian Orthodox bishop of North America. His missionary work and dedication to establishing the Serbian Orthodox Church in the United States have left a lasting legacy. Canonized as a saint, St. Mardarije is remembered for his piety, humility, and unwavering commitment to his faith and his people.
