New Pews Enhance Holy Resurrection Cathedral

Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral is pleased to announce the installation of new pews, significantly enhancing the beauty and functionality of our worship space. This important update brings a renewed sense of comfort and inspiration, fostering a welcoming environment for prayer, worship, and fellowship.

The project was made possible through the generosity of our faithful community. We are especially grateful to a long-time dedicated steward, who wishes to remain anonymous, for their extraordinary commitment in matching donations up to $90,000. Additionally, we thank all the donors who contributed to raising the remaining funds. Together, these efforts not only secured the purchase and transportation of the new pews but also allowed for the restoration of the terrazzo floor, installation of new wood flooring in the choir loft, and maintenance work throughout the Cathedral.

These upgrades reflect a continued dedication to preserving the historic beauty of our sacred space while meeting the evolving needs of our community. We are grateful to all who have contributed to this transformative project, ensuring that Holy Resurrection Cathedral remains a place of spiritual growth and communal strength for generations to come.

Thank you for your support, and may God bless all who help sustain and beautify our holy church.
