Celebration of the Patron Saint (Slava) of the Republic of Srpska

The faithful are informed that the Patron Saint (Slava) of the Republic of Srpska — the Holy Protomartyr and Archdeacon Stephen — will be prayerfully celebrated on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral in Chicago.

The celebration will begin with the Divine Liturgy, after which the Slava bread will be blessed. A Slava banquet and cultural program will follow.

The clergy and faithful are invited to participate in prayer and fellowship on this significant spiritual and communal occasion, honoring the holy protector of the Republic of Srpska and strengthening unity in faith and tradition.
